Weapons of World War 2

Weapons of World War 2 museum project

#personal

Overview

Weapons of World War 2 is an in-depth, interactive arsenal of all the weapons used during world war 2. It includes guns, tanks, planes, naval ships, equipment, and comparisons between them.

Why I built it

I wanted a single, interactive site which showed me the pictures, specifications, and history of all weapons used during world war 2. Since I couldn’t find one that I liked, I built it myself.

Outcome

  • 800+ organic users
  • Multiple SEO optimized pages which draw in users daily
  • Users from 98 different countries - 75% of them from Singapore
